Campaign for Support
The American Revolution Museum at Yorktown Campaign for Support has surpassed its goal, raising $16.8 million in private support.
Legacies of the Campaign
From leadership gifts to annual giving, donors to the Campaign for Support have helped create and sustain the most comprehensive, educational, and engaging museum imaginable in one of the most significant locations in our country’s fight for independence.
About the Campaign
The American Revolution Museum at Yorktown Campaign for Support, publicly announced in 2015, paralleled the Jamestown-Yorktown Foundation’s master plan to transform the Yorktown Victory Center into the new American Revolution Museum at Yorktown. The comprehensive Campaign represented the private fundraising effort to complement the Commonwealth of Virginia’s public investment in the new museum. The Campaign for Support counts donations from July 1, 2010 through July 31, 2017.
